These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
 

1. About Us

This website is operated by Katie Burman, trading as a sole trader. Our business address is Katie Burman, Celixir House Innovation Way, Banbury Road, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire, United Kingdom, CV37 7GZ.
 

2. Products

All illustrations are original works sold as physical prints, either mounted or framed as described in each product listing. We make every effort to represent colours and finishes accurately, but please be aware that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
 

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Wix Payments. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
 

4. Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch, in which case a full refund will be issued.
 

5. Bespoke and Commissioned Work

Any bespoke or commissioned artwork agreed and paid for through this website is made to your specific requirements. As such, it is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This exemption applies only to genuinely custom-made work. All other standard consumer rights remain unaffected.
 

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK legislation.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product.
 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
