These Terms & Conditions explain the terms on which you may use this website and purchase products from it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Us
This website is operated by Katie Burman, artist and illustrator, trading as a sole trader.

2. Products
Products sold through this website are physical art prints and illustrations, either mounted, framed or otherwise presented as described on the relevant product page.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately.
However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings and lighting conditions.
Product sizes, framing options, finishes and other details are shown on the individual product pages. Please check these carefully before placing your order.
3. Personalisation, Bespoke Work and Commissions
Some products may offer personalisation, such as initials, dates or other details added to the artwork. Commissioned or bespoke artwork may also be agreed separately.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate personalisation details. Please check all names, dates, initials and other requested details carefully before submitting them.
Personalised, bespoke or commissioned work made to your specific requirements may not be eligible for cancellation or change-of-mind return once work has begun or the item has been produced.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Payment is processed securely through Wix Payments or the payment method shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
Prices and delivery charges may be updated from time to time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. Your order is accepted once we have confirmed it and payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch if there is an error with the product listing, price, availability, delivery details or payment. If this happens, you will receive a refund for any amount already paid.
6. Delivery
Delivery is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Orders are usually processed and prepared for dispatch within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed separately.
Framed and mounted print orders are sent using DHL courier delivery where available. Standard delivery is currently available to eligible UK mainland addresses and excludes the Scottish Islands and offshore isles, unless alternative arrangements are agreed.
To arrange delivery, we may need your full delivery address, email address and phone number for courier paperwork and delivery notifications.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds and damaged items are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Standard, non-personalised products may be eligible for change-of-mind returns within the applicable cancellation period. Personalised, bespoke or commissioned work may not be eligible for change-of-mind return once work has begun or the item has been produced.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, images, text and other content on this website are owned by Katie Burman unless otherwise stated.
Buying a print or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, sell or use the artwork or website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website in a way that could damage the website or affect other users.
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website from time to time.
10. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where products are purchased for personal use.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the laws of that part of the UK.
