1. Change-of-Mind Returns

For standard, non-personalised products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To request a return, please contact us using the contact form on this website within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have told us you wish to return an item, you then have a further 14 days to send it back.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging where possible.

2. Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, the cost of return postage is your responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process any refund due within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled in a way that has reduced its value.

4. Personalised, Bespoke or Commissioned Work

Personalised, bespoke or commissioned artwork made to your specific requirements is not eligible for a change-of-mind return or cancellation once work has begun or the item has been produced.

This includes artwork personalised with initials, dates, names or other details requested by you.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on this website.

Please include your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the item and packaging. This helps us understand the issue and raise it with the courier if needed.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair or refund.
